Listed below is the final petition for this year's ride. Petitions will be available at check-in the date of the event, as well as many of our stations along the route. We want EVERY participant to sign their name and support the cause...our children.

In 2009, all participants were encouraged to sign the following petition. We were able to collect over 300 signatures during the event. Once collected, the letter and signatures were mailed to Governor Schwarzenegger along with his "letter of encouragement" from 2008. Click here to view the letter.

Our children shape our future. Each and every child is a national treasure and merits our investments of love, patience and capital. We declare our children a national priority and call for state and federal funding to reflect this by safeguarding budgets that support children's education, health and safety. This petition embodies the spirit that inspired children and their families to participate in a bike ride rally at which families and community leaders empowered children to find and use their political voices. We the undersigned implore the Governor, the Legislators and National leaders to take swift, effective and consistent action to fund public policies that support the future – Our CHILDREN.
